    Doesn’t come with a charcoal filter

    It’s a lovely cooker hood, looks great, buttons are nice. Had it 4 months and today was the first time could use it :( what a palaver getting the charcoal filter! Why wouldn’t it come with one to get you started?! To save you some time, the part number is 082664201 and you can get one from belling spares (check the price).

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
