    Nice looking oven however…

    Oven arrived with a scratch on the door. Beautiful looking oven however the dials are hard to see the temperature settings. When the timer sounds the oven turns itself off. Useful but was unaware for this. The alarm is not very loud and is easily missed. The air fry function is simply the normal fan oven with a wire basket included. Oven works as a regular fan oven.

    It is a good product and very good design ( I had the black version). On the Spec says it had Pizza and Air fryer mood but actually it is always the same functional button so do not buy if you based on this characteristic.

    Pleased with this as a replacement for our old Zanussi double oven. Not given 5 stars because although the main oven has the same volume (54L) as our old oven, the height is shallower so it is a squeeze to get roast potatoes & vegs in at the same time as a joint of meat/chicken. Not sure how we'll cope with Yorkshire puddings as well!

    Oven looks great and cooks perfectly. The air frier tray is a fantastic addition and works so well. AO were great at communicating delivery and timings. The chaps who installed it were prompt, friendly and did a fantastic job. Will continue to make sure AO are my first stop for all electrical needs!

      Get your new oven fitted the same day it’s delivered. Our engineers will disconnect your old appliance before getting your new one set up. We'll give your new appliance a full health check to ensure it’s safe and ready to use straight away.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one, empty it and place it by the entrance of your property, ready for us to pick up. Or, if you’ve ordered our connection service with a new appliance, we’ll disconnect your old one for you.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. However, as we won’t be able to come into your home to disconnect it, you’ll need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property, ready for us to pick up. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
