    Great Buy

    I’m really happy with the Candy Smart Pro washer dryer! It handles big loads easily with its 9kg wash and 6kg dry, and the 1400 rpm spin gets clothes almost dry already. Plus, the WiFi feature is super handy—being able to control it from my phone has made laundry so much easier.

    Compact, good price, display could be better

    + Smaller footprint than my old AEG and bigger capacity + Washes and dries well + Price was good - Control panel is pretty crude; small hieroglyphics instead of words, messages scroll past on a small display, though you can use the app instead - Dryer isn't the quickest - Getting it to work with the app was a bit fiddly but managed it - app isn't very quick

    Love the product it looks lovely. It’s nice and clean. It does the laundry. Eco saving wash on it which is good.it drys the clothes really well no more wet clothes hanging around

    Does what it says on the tin

    Easy to install, although setup took a significant amount of time to get WiFi and app working. The washing and drying cycles are quiet with low vibration. Clothes come out great as long as you remove them as soon as it is done and do not over fill the machine past 3/4 full or clothes don’t dry evenly (obviously). All in all a good buy.

      We want you to get up and running straight away with your new appliance, which is why our expert team will connect your new item to your water pipes and make sure everything is working properly. Connecting it yourself? Make sure you remove the transit bolts. These will make a loud rattling sound if they’re left in place when you run a cycle.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
