    Good machine, washes well, unnecessary “upgrades”!

    So far so good. Replaced a 10 year old very similar LG washer/dryer which had started leaking. Hoping this one lasts as long! Much is the same, but a lot of the washing cycles are very long, with no “Time save” option. So wash cycles which used to take 2-2.5hrs with old machine now seem to be 3-3.5hrs. I think I will be using the Turbowash 39 min+ most of the time! Preferred seeing all the temperature and spin speed setting without having to specifically check. Some washes are automatically set to a lower spin speed than wanted. The display simplification means more button pressing needed.

    Great washer dryer. So much quieter than our old one and uses much less water and electric as well. Plenty of well thought through programs for easy of use in a busy life. Couldn't want more. Very happy.

Connecting it yourself? Make sure you remove the transit bolts. These will make a loud rattling sound if they’re left in place when you run a cycle.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
