    Great machine, not so great LG support

    Fantastic washer dryer BUT why 4 instead of 5 stars? The first machine we had broke and LG support are also very difficult to deal with (if I was rating them they'd be lucky to get 1 star, ao on the other hand were great in helping us get this resolved). We purchased the first machine in July 24, after about 3 months it started making a lot of noise and moving/jumping across the floor (up to 20cm on a spin cycle), it took countless emails, 3 engineer visits and over 6 MONTHS for them to finally admit a fault with the machine and offer to replace it. The replacement is great I just hope I never have to deal with LG support again.

    Excellent! The AI wash works a treat for our family and gets everything clean in an hour and the dryer is the best combi dryer we've ever had, the same loud comes out completely dry in 2hrs. 3hrs for a full load to wash and dry, can't complain.

    This lg washer was very quiet and the AI washer feature was great however the dryer gave clothes a burnt smell and also produced an unpleasant high pitched hum. These issues didn't stop so it was return within the week for a slightly more expensive bosch one which was well worth the extra and dried clothes much better too.
