    A very efficient process

    I've done half a dozen washes with my new machine and so far I'm very happy with it. The programs are sensible, eg wool, cotton, mixed, rapid, and each is usually tweakable for temperature and spin speed. It seems to get things cleaner than my old machine and is much quieter. I have downloaded the App using the QR code. Seemed straightforward to do. I have not used it much yet, but it tells me when a load is finished! AO delivered the machine amazingly quickly after ordering, and the polite helpful guys unpacked this machine and took the old machine away. Couldn't have been more efficient a process!

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
