made sense to get this cooker

    5/5
This cooker is great, there is a touch button built into the glass cooker top and unless this is pressed none of the controls for the top glass plate will function, we already had pans that are compatible for this induction cooker except the pressure cooker, the glass top lets us know its incompatible by flashing a letter U with a line below the U in the glass plate, i tried all of our pans with water in them and they all warmed up even the frying pan. We have the black stove because it matches the black doors on our lower cabinets, i tried doing some cheese on toast in the upper oven and wow the oven grill pan is at least 2 inches (5 CMs) larger than the one in our old cooker, so far we haven’t noticed anything we don’t like. Our previous cooker was chained to the wall with a short chain by a screw on one side at the back even my chubby screw driver wouldn’t fit in between the cooker back and the wall, the guys that put the new one in fastened it to the wall in the same fashion but at least the chains weren’t as short on this model so could unscrew it from the wall, that evening i opened the bag containing the manual and i found some metal raw plugs that fits into drilled holes that had hooks instead of bolts, after drilling the correct sized holes i twisted the hooks that made the metal of the raw plugs dig into the wall so that they became solid, i made the hooks face up by twisting the hooks with a pair of pliers so that now I can just drop a link of the chain over the hooks on each side of the stove to fasten it to the wall. The beauty of this idea is that now we can just unhook both chains to pull the stove out so that we can clean the area then just push it back into place and drop the chains back over the hooks and we are away to cook another day. Keith (happy owner).

    Pretty Good Cooker

    4/5
Having had a few weeks with this cooker now, I can say that it works exactly how I like. Coming from full gas to electric and induction was a bit of a change, but the induction is quick and changes with decent speed, and the oven preheats quickly and the fans really help speed the cooking along.

    Great oven, poor hob

    3/5
Great oven works well and uses little electricity. The only thing I don’t like about it is the hob. You need to turn on the hob power on the touch button on the hob plate AND turn the dial for your hob to turn on. This is sometimes quite fumbly and doesn’t always work first time; you have to ensure the knobs are turned off, then turn the power then, then slowly turn the knob… The hob plate power button is also very sensitive and easy to accidentally turn off and on.

We’re taking a sensible approach to the changing COVID-19 situation, and so we’ve had to make some adjustments to our services.

If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one, empty it and place it by the entrance of your property, ready for us to pick up.

If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. However, as we won’t be able to come into your home to disconnect it, you’ll need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property, ready for us to pick up. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
