Quite simply the worst piece of household equipment I have ever bought. The buttons are the flat sort, that don't physically move - you have to press them in just the right way, with the right pressure, or they don't operate. The 'bleeps' are very quiet, so it's very difficult to tell! The 'start' button is particularly difficult, and if you accidently press twice, it goes onto pause. If you are using the delay timer, there is absolutely no indication whether it is paused or not! Hoover advised to open and close the door, so you know it's paused, then carefully press again.... When you do get it to work, how dry the clothes come out is very hit and miss. Despite the 'dryness sensor' the programmes all just seem to run to the preset time, dry or not. An even bigger problem is that it doesn't reverse during drying, so sheets and duvet covers roll into a ball, and stay wet. The 'large items' programme is supposed to avoid this by 'special movements of the drum', but this simply does not work... Bitterly regretting that I didn't get our 30 year-old, £60, 'White Knight' repaired - a much more useful machine, which DID have reverse tumble!

Having used the product over the past day or two, it lives up to its sales pitch as being a good reasonably costed product which does the job it is intended to do. It is easy to install and operate with full instructions enclosed in an easy to read operating manual. Would recommend to family and friends and any potential buyers .

Seems to dry really well but super complicated panel! I just want to switch on and go.. can’t work out how to do 20 mins to finish off the washing?

First appliance had to be replaced , unable to start. Customer services agreed to replace the appliance

I’m very happy with my new tumble dryer, it was delivered very quickly and it’s so easy to set up and use. It’s quiet and looks stylish.
