Fantastic product and was delivered straight away!

Excellent vacuum. Shark have always been on point for what I need and this is no exception. It's lightweight and has the option of lift away to clean those high up areas without lifting the entire vacuum. The suction is superb and it just glides on all floor types, it did however get stuck on the lino flooring but I think this was more due to the fact there's a secret lift away lino hatch my son made that leads absolutely nowhere and I can't for the life of me stick it back down. The vacuum lights turned red but a simple flick off and back on again worked a treat (the vacuum, not the child.) The new odour element is interesting, can't comment much on that yet as I don't usually smell my vacuum but I'm excited to find out. The cord length is perfect for using in a middle point of landing/hallway and then vacuuming rooms around it, (unless you have a massive mansion in which case you'll need to move the cord), the accessories are all great for general use like stairs, corners etc. I have young children and a Bernard dog so all my vacuums are put through the ringer on a daily basis with hair, crafty bits, paper, dust, glitter, mud, crumbs, my soul and my last shark lasted a good 4 years so here's to hoping for 5 with this one :)

With six dogs in the house, this is a complete winner and no tangled hair around the brush. Nice long cable too

I've always been a Dyson person. But on purchasing this Shark I've changed my mind. It's excellent on all fronts. Easy to use, not too heavy, suction great. And the added feature of the Lift Away unit is excellent for the stairs and getting into awkward places. I'm now a convert and would recommend this Product 100%.

Powerful cleaner, easy to use and large dust capacity. Would purchase again.
