Lovely machine. Easy to operate. Perfect drying on the different settings used so far.

Almost perfect! The drum capacity is brilliant for drying a kingsize mattress topper. The number of settings and ways to vary them is a little overwhelming to start with, but I'm getting used to them. It's a little noisier than our old one, but that's not a great problem. My only issue is that the 'buzzer' is so quiet that I can barely hear it over the normal sound of the machine when I'm in the same room, let alone when I'm in another room (unlike our old machine).

Needed to a new tumble dryer to replace a vented tumble dryer nearly 30 years old. Chose a condenser tumble dryer this time as being put in a different place to the one being replaced. Chose Beko as have other items from this manufacturer before and liked that the guarantee was longer than others. Like the light in the drum very useful and drum size. Glad didn't go with a larger drum size as was considering. Good choice of programmes, would have liked a bedding programme but can manage with the other programmes for this. Really like the short 0.5kg 15 minute programme and the gentle care programme. Tend to finish off clothes in the dryer we're can. Will put a load in straight from washer if have to. Like that you can use gentle temperature and only adds 5 to 10 minutes to end time. Have not used all the programmes yet and don't think some of them will get used but nice to have the option. Drum size is big enough for a family of 3. Noisey than expected but this has lessened now being used more. When used the towel programme on load straight from the washer was a over powering smell of warm rubber. Clothes aren't as dry as would like at times even when been sat in the heat once programme finished but would rather have this than clothes over dried on high heat. Just put on again to dry a bit longer. A family member is severely sight impaired and finds the fluff filter very easy to take out clean and put back. The water container is very easy to take out, empty and put back. Would have liked the front part of the drawer to be firmer, feels flimsy when holding water container. Instruction book is good but the writing under the programme symbols is very very small normal eyesight, let alone anyone with a vision impairment. Over all happy with this purchase, had for 3 weeks.

I was worried about these condensers and the time it would take, but in fact its very fast and we have to stop it before the cycle ends because the product is dry already. I'm a bit worried about over drying, I would have thought the sensor would have stopped it but doesn't seem to. So we keep checking the linen and often stop the dryer before the cycle is completed. Delivery guys EXCELLENT! so nice and helpful, well done to them. Overall 5 star!

Works great

This really is a very quiet machine which is an important feature for my family. Am released from most ironing as the clothes tumble gently whatever the cycle (well the different ones we’ve used so far). Now I almost want to wash bedding (true!) as the large door also stops duvet covers and sheets getting creased. There’s a good choice of cycles to satisfy whatever laundry needs doing. The machine adds to the kitchen as its design is eye-catching.
