The coffee maker is very easy to use. Control for strength offers 5 levels from extra mild to extra strong and is easily changed between cups of coffee. It makes good coffee for an espresso or americano and the separate milk jug allows drinks to be delivered with frothed milk if needed. Very pleased with the purchase.

I had the machine down from this one & didn’t have any problems with it so when it was time to replace it I went for this model. It make great coffee, very easy to use & very easy to clean.

Game changer! Your coffee can be as simple as a couple button presses but if you want to customise it all, the settings are all there! Personally the 'long coffee' feature is excellent, as in my experience coffee machines never make a big enough coffee for mee!

My wife and I are ecstatic about our new Delonghi Eletta. Naturally, being able to simply turn the machine on and have q cafeteria quality espresso or cappuccino is a treat for us, but we love the extra touches, how it automatically cleans itself when you hit the off button, how it turns itself off if left unattended, again self cleaning before shutting down. The icing on the cake is that it makes delicious tasting coffee every time, and that’s also coming from my wife, an Italian who has drunk coffee all her life!

Excellent product, relatively easy to set up and the coffee is well worth it

We had been thinking about getting a coffee machine for at home for a while but couldn’t decide on which one & also did want to speak absolute fortune. After a bit of research & reading reviews we decided on this one. We’re not disappointed. It’s easy to use has lots of options & more than anything makes great coffee. Really happy with our purchase.

We took the plunge and decided to dive into the bean to cup coffee world. We chose the eletta cappuccino because it seemed to suit how we drink coffee best. We are delighted with it. It seems daunting at first, with all the types of coffee and instructions, but the machine is very intuitive and tells you what it wants. My only small grip is that the hot water dispenser is not hot enough. This seems to be a constant issue with any coffee machine. We have got around this by boiling water in the kettle!

This is a replacement for our Delongi which died after a hard 6 years of small children. This one is even better with more milk choices (or maybe we just had the headspace to read the instructions this time!)
