Well, this thing just works! Easy to use. Really happy with the results!

Excellent not too heavy ..cleaned my carpets to look like new again. Once I worked out how to fit it together all was singing and dancing. Nice and compact to store .. Can't wait to use it again but carpets don't need another clean as it did such a good job .

Used this and found it cleaned the carpets really well. Used the pre treatment wand on a stain I had had trouble cleaning and now it is gone. Very pleased with the results and how easy it is to operate.

Good product, cleans well. My only downer is that you can't get into the front to clean where the dirty water goes up into the dirty tank. I found the only way is to put a watering can of water into it.
