Great washing machine. Really impressed the direct drive and how quiet it is. The controls are easy to use and it does a great job washing our clothes

Lovely quiet machine. I took a while to understand the delay function- it has to be set for the required finish time not the start time! I use it to take advantage of cheaper electricity after 1am, so it leads to a certain amount of headscratching and guesswork, as I don't actually know how long the wash will take!

Very quiet machine even on fastest spin cycle. Easy to use programmes. Compact size. Good looking machine.

Early days but machine working well and much quieter than previous Samsung one. Washed well on low temp and short programme. Easy to install.

The machine arrived quickly and on time and was easy to install as it is not as deep as our old machine. The cleaning programmes are easy to understand and choose. It cleans well and the spin cycle seems efficient and very quiet, with no vibration. I have no criticisms and am very happy with the purchase

Very happy with my new LG Turbo wash. Cleans the clothes really made me realise my old machine wasn’t cleaning my whites properly, really quiet and so many varied washes to cater for all my different clothes.

We’ve only had the washing machine a month or so but it’s been good so far. I like the AI wash and despite it not being a deep drum takes 9kg. We had an LG washing before and it lasted 17 years without missing a beat.
