Washes well. Just can;t wash our plates

We are struggling to put our plates in the dishwasher as the spinner hits the top of the plates. How can the top shelf not be high enough to miss the plates on the bottom shelf. The plug cable was shorter that old dishwasher

    Superb dishwasher.

The dishwasher is superb, excellent quality. The dishwasher has a half load cycle that is great for quick small loads. Lastly it's very quiet, so you can set it to run in the early hours, using the start time delay feature, also capturing the bonus of cheaper electricity rates at this time. Overall a great product.

Good appliance for a good price

    5/5
I've had this dishwasher for about a month now, which means it has run for about 100 times. (Not kidding - we use it a lot.) So far it has proven to be very reliable, and very good at cleaning and drying (as usual, non-stick pans don't dry, but that's ok). We are using only two of the nine programs: eco (3.5 hours) and quick-ish (1.5 hours). Both have equally good results - the quicker one at somewhat higher energy and water use. The door panel was very easy to mount. Sound level is good - but of course that will depend strongly on where and how it is mounted. We have no issues whatsoever enjoying our dinner at the table right next to the dishwasher. The height adjustable upper tray is great. We can fit in long stemmed wine glasses on top and big dinner plates on the bottom rack at the same time. Basically we found our best height setting and never had to change it again. Which is good, because setting the height is a bit fiddly, and I had the tray crash down a few centimetres a couple of times in the beginning because I hadn't locked the adjusters properly. There are a few downsides, but I don't downgrade the rating for this dishwasher for them because this is just a matter of getting what you paid for: the lower tray seems a bit flimsy, and it would really be nice to have a display of remaining running time. The only actual problem I have found is a minor one: when using program number 1 (which is supposed to be the default), then the dishwasher doesn't remember the detergent setting, so you have to remind it every single time if you are using dishwasher tabs rather than powder. Which takes three seconds. In every other program it does remember the setting. Classic software/firmware error on the control board.
