I was expecting a premium product from Miele but unfortunately this is a very expensive, bog standard microwave. It has the same clunky push button of every other cheap microwave, it doesn't feature a grill and doesn't even feature the 'dim screen at night' feature like many of the other Miele microwaves do. AO service was excellent as usual.

All the quality you expect from Miele. As always the Installation instructions could be better but overall the microwave is great. Controls are intuitive and looks amazing paired witha a matching Miele oven.

Looks smart and is very quiet in operation. Once one is familiar with the all digital controls it is easy to use.

As a microwave, the Miele product is up there. The black front unfortunately shows finger prints which is a bit annoying having to use a microfibre cloth daily to remove the finger prints.

So far so good and bought as I am hoping it lasts a very long time. Not 5* I wish I could do quick start on other power levels not just 900 and also just enter minutes and start not having to enter seconds as well first. Finally, I am used to the start button being to the right of the stop. All minor points really so 4.5 * assuming it lasts.
