I like it, seems to do everything I would expect it to do

Machine is great, WiFi option easy to use, and it is very quiet

Purchased for elderly neighbour who’s previous machine stopped working with a bang. Wanted to replace with a like for like washing machine without all the bells and whistles as he’s 87. Ao is also very easy and simple to order from whilst showing you all the details of what you’re purchasing. Purchased the Hotpoint machine and it’s perfect for him. Easily fitted by the delivery man who also called 20 minutes before they arrived. No problems with the machine so far and he’s very happy with it.

My hoover only lasted 2 years and only had a one person wash weekly, chose Hotpoint as good reviews and a big discount, the washing machine seems good quality after 2 washes, easy to install, quiet cycles, clean and effective washer, 30m and 45m cycles.

Very economical

Good value for the cost, its Louder than expected and the feet were that tight that 3 of us have tried without success to loosen them, we ended up using something else to raise one side so the machine is level and doesn't move during the spin. Great quick cycles but if not using them other specific cycles are very timely.

Very happy with my purchase, does what it says on the tin, very good washing machine. Just the right size for the two of us.
