Great machine, plenty of washing options and quiet wash and spin. Would recommend

Rate as 3 star long wash times. the door locking and then unlocking and then locking before starting the wash is a nuisance. only spin and rinse no spin only. quiet in operation.

Fantastic washing machine. Have out quite a few loads through it and am really happy with the results. The only downside is the length of the wash cycle on the Cotton and Synthetics programmes, but the 30 and 45 minute programmes will most likely be what I use most commonly.

Chose this due to trusted company, my 3rd Hotpoint washing machine in 23 years. Has a 10 year parts Warranty which I hope proves my confidence. Machine has large door for loading a maximum 7 kg. Wash setting dial very easy to use, which was something I wanted. I have only used 30 minute wash to date but this has been sufficient. Conditioner draw is large and easy to clean. It is very quiet when washing / spinning. Excellent Machine.

The new washing machine is fine. More straight forward than our previous Samsung which we had for 5 years. Nothing but trouble and slow after sales service. Gone back to Hotpoint with its 10 year parts guarantee. Hotpoint service is also much better than Samsung.
