Great fridge. Elegant design. Nice features such as retractable shelf to allow for higher items, the take out tray, good humidity control. Fits a decent amount of food.

A great larder fridge with lots of space!

    5/5
We already had a Samsung Fridge Freezer that we have found to be excellent in terms of layout and build quality. Our other fridge freezer went phut, so we decided to replace it with a larder fridge. The Samsung RR39 had two large salad/fruit drawers, some good shelves and fitted in our 597 wide space. The space for fresh food we now have is great. No longer have to have milk horizontally if it won’t fit in the door tray! Two men delivered the new fridge safely, and it was up and running that day. Excellent design and supply!

    Samsung fridge. Love it

    5/5
I love my new fridge. But sadly it was damaged on delivery and I have had no contact from ao regarding this. I'd recommend the fridge, it's spacious and plenty of shelves for organising your shopping. It also connects to the smart app. Lots of features I have yet to work out. But overall love it.

    Good but silly problems

    4/5
Very good apart from two issues. 1. Adjusting the feet to level it is imposssible - the adjuster on the right will not go far down enough and it leaves the fridge leaning right back. The solution I ended up with was getting a 600mm*100mm piece of 15mm MDF and putting it under the rear whels. I could then do a final adjustment to lift the front slightly to level the fridge. But a lot of unnecessary faffing. 2 The internal shelves are plentiful which is a good point BUT the door of the fridge does not open completely so you cannot just pull them straight out or push them straight back in - they have to be wiggled, then angled up at the front then more wiggling before they finally emerge. Putting them back in is the same. I've now noticed that the humidity control on the upper veg/fruit drawer is rubbing against the bottom of the lowest shelf! Other than that, temperature stability is excellent and adjusting it is OK with the app. It is also a very roomy fridge and seems well built.

    Love ?? It!!

Love my new fridge believe it or not! It is a perfect replacement for my previous larder fridge. Love the door that takes so much more of the little bits lost on the shelves, not to mention the spacious 2 drawers. Did I say I love it??

New tall fridge really fits my needs

    5/5
It's been an extraordinary experience having a tall fridge after settling for a fridge-freezer for the last 12 years. So much room catering for all my household's refrigeration needs and a complete rethink on the amount of freezer space needed (which is provided quite separately by the use of an under counter chest freezer purchased about 5 years ago). The RR39C7BB7WW/EU tall fridge from Samsung was the only 'C' rating appliance I could find in that class and it came with a nice discount making the price very competitive, even with a delivery package. Very quiet operation and very easy to setup and operate. No more juggling space, lots of room for tall cartons and bottles. Lots of extra use of the door space by not going for a model with an unnecessary water dispenser. The only issue I've had is making sure to register it for its extended 5 year warranty with the manufacturer - it wasn't straight forward and in the end I had to enter a chat session with Samsung in order to get it done. Aside from that, AO have proved yet again their expertise in delivering household appliances. This is the 3rd kitchen appliance ordered through them in the last few years, all Samsung.
