It works! It does what it says on the 'tin'. Quality is ok but the water holder doesn't fit in well and I had to push it hard in to get the steam to work. The first model I had didn't produce steam at all and had to be replaced so this may be an issue. Overall it's ok and I do like the constant steam switch.
