Fired up with enthusiasm!

Tall about losing an old flame and finding new love! Having finally had to replace a much-loved and long-serving fire, I must have looked at hundreds of options before falling hook line and sinker for the Tunstall BeModern. Unusually, it's curved, not square and dumpy, perfect for an arched fire surround. The controls at the rear are easy to access and simple to use. It needs no flue, though a decorative one is avaiiable as an add-on: just switch on and enjoy the convincing cheeriness of the flame-only setting, the impressive heat at 1Kw, reassuring toastiness at 2Kw and the flexibility of the thermostat option. The open front - no glass door, despite a handle - adds to the realism but may put off parents who don't want their children to acquire dangerous habits. However, I'm delighted.
