Fresh beans, ground seconds before they hit the water, are what make this JURA E8 fully-automatic machine worth getting out of bed for. The P.A.G.2 grinder mills your beans for every single cup, then the brewing unit pushes hot water through the fresh grounds so the aroma lands in your cup rather than in the bin. Fancy a latte macchiato while your partner has a straight espresso? Both are a button-press away, so nobody's waiting around for the second cup. Afterwards the One-Touch milk system cleaning function rinses the milk pipes through for you, so nothing's left to go sour overnight. Between drinks the grinder sits in rest mode, which is gentler on the burrs and keeps the flavour of each cup consistent.
