The photos shows the coffee machine being two different shades of blue. I was hoping for the darker blue shade to be more accurate to the actual colour so it co ordinated a bit better with my non Russell Hobbs equipment, but in reality it’s more of the greeny blue shade. Still a lovely colour though, and very stylish looking. Very easy to set up, remember to remove the tab off the water tank before first use! I’ve used this successfully with the cafe Nero espresso ground - makes a lovely latte! It’s great how you are supplied with 2 different sized inserts for the handle. I prefer the bigger shot but my husband prefers the smaller shot, so it suits everyone! You do have to purchase your own milk jug as it’s not included. Learning to warm the milk so it’s hot and not luke-warm has been a challenge, but practice makes perfect! Put the steamer a lot lower into the milk and move in a circular motion! Really happy with my purchase, I’m glad I took the leap from a pod machine to an espresso, the difference is massive!

Abit complicated to use and takes some getting used to, but overall does exactly what it’s supposed to. Milk frother works really well and doesn’t take too long to get up to temperature.

This machine produced the best coffee that I have ever tasted at home. My search for a coffee maker that gets close to the barista machines in shops and cafes may well be over! Only slight grouch is that it doesn't really get the brew warm enough if you're producing something larger than an espresso. So I now top up with water from the kettle, rather than from this machine. Problem solved! And it's a bit quicker too.

Easy to use .

Great simple to use espresso machine, all functions are straightforward. Milk frother is okay, we warm the milk first as just quicker to do that way, also don't use too fine ground coffee as it doesn't filter the coffee as evenly. Slightly coarse is best, we use Taylors seems to be best. Nice compact unit, ideal for couple.
