Upgraded from my 5 yr old V11 animal and it’s another great machine. There isn’t a great deal of difference to the V11 but the detect technology works more efficiently, particle counters are very useful for prevention purposes and the build quality is tighter. Picks up Akita hair with ease.

A lot more suction than my other Dyson! I didn’t realise how dirty my carpet was,also bigger and heavier than my other one .

Cleaning set free!!! I’ve got a corded Dyson which even after 8 years is still brilliant BUT being able to have a cordless vacuum means I can quickly and easily (and more importantly light weight) grab my Dyson and clean up small messes or do the whole house !! I have a 4 story townhouse a do can do the stairs and all four floors on one charge and it’s cleaning capability is parallel to my corded Dyson which is something I never thought possible. But one you won’t be disappointed

Fantastic product. Had Dyson’s in the past but then bought another make and regretted it. Particularly like the fluffy optic cleaning head.

Didn't know that there was that much dirt in my carpet until I got this Dyson! Great machine, although expensive, it's worth every penny.
