Hot air does the hard work in this Smeg Collezione Dual Flavour air fryer, so you can get a crunchy finish on chips and chicken wings using barely any oil. There are 2 modes to pick from. Crispy gives you the full crunch, while Juicy+Crispy uses a cold water injection system to hold the moisture in, which is handy when you're cooking pork belly bites that need a crackly outside and a soft middle. The basket flips up with a soft opening, so tipping a batch straight onto plates is easy, and the whole thing sits happily on the worktop between the kettle and the toaster. Touch controls and an LED display keep things simple, so you always know what's going on.
