Crispy chips without a pan of hot oil are yours with this Smeg Collezione Dual Flavour Air Fryer. Hot air whirls around the basket to cook food from every angle, and since there's no preheating to wait for, dinner gets going the moment you press start. The clever part is the choice of 2 cooking modes. Crispy gives you crunch the whole way through, while Juicy+Crispy uses a cold water injection system to release moisture as the food cooks, so a salmon fillet stays tender under its crisp edges. Touch controls and an LED display keep things simple, and the 7.3-litre basket handles a family roast dinner's worth of potatoes in a single cycle.
