All seems ok with the device although it was bought as a gift for my daughter for her new house and hasn’t yet been opened. I’d have liked a bit more information in the product description about why this deal was cheaper than the other ring doorbell battery powered. Why it it different to the other doorbell’s for sale. I always have excellent service from AO. Com which is why I buy the majority of my electricals from them. Delivery is always fast and efficient and this time I wasn’t disappointed. All in all a great service and purchase however I was disappointed at the amount of comparable Information available on the website.
