    This washer has everything. Separate steam cycle to freshen clothes up. It's really quiet when its working. It's so quiet on spin all you can hear is the pump. Pleanty of wash programmes were you can add extra rinses or shorten the cycle time. Also has Bluetooth so you can add an extra spin or rinse or just see how far along the washer cycle is without having to look at the machine. I'm really impressed so far and I can't fault it at all.

    Vibrates quite loudly

    The delivery & communication from AO was excellent. We have been on holiday for a few weeks so only just started using the machine. It is exactly what we wanted but not as quiet as described and vibrates quite a lot when on the spin cycle . Overall it is a nice machine apart from that .

    A great washing machine, lots of programmes to choose from. Really quiet and washes all types of fabric effectively. Highly recommend this brand as it’s environmentally friendly, highly rated and cost effective.

      We want you to get up and running straight away with your new appliance, which is why our expert team will connect your new item to your water pipes and make sure everything is working properly. Connecting it yourself? Make sure you remove the transit bolts. These will make a loud rattling sound if they’re left in place when you run a cycle.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
