        The experience starts with the 1st class sales team and finishes with the brilliant fitters. The online tracking is accurate as is being kept up to date by the delivery driver. The Hisense cooker is attractive and efficient. Couldn't be more happy. This was not my first great experience with AO and I am sure it won't be my last.

        Bit misled by the product features

        I purchased this unit to benefit from the programmable timer but it turns out it is not really programmable and doesn’t have the delay start feature you expect from a programmable timer. If I hadn’t been going away for a long break I would have returned it. Sad really as it is a good oven with a nice wide shelf and good even cooking temperature

        Absolutely fantastic oven at a great price. Fully deserves its Which? Best Buy category being rated higher than ovens at 3 times the price! It's easy to use and cooks great. Not tried the cleaning system yet but looks easy to use, especially seeing as the glass in the doors is accessible.

        Excellent cooker . Although I don’t cook that’s up to the wife but she’s had made some goods meals with the cooker . One dinner was burnt so it get hot enough. She just needs to improve her skills otherwise great item
