    Fit's very well with our kitchen. Food cooks superbly however the control panel could be clearer not easy to see what part of the oven you have turned on. Getting use to it though!

    Avoid the hob

    Would not recommend and would avoid. Oven is great but the hob was rusting within 3 months. The stainless steel protection does not look like it has been applied. We have only used water and kitchen spray and the hob rusted within 3 months. We have spoke to AO who passed onto Hisense to review. No call back and no resolution from Hisense and we are now in our 6th month.

      Get your new oven and hob fitted the same day they’re delivered. Our engineers will disconnect your old appliances before getting your new ones set up. We'll give your new appliances a full health check to ensure they’re safe and ready to use straight away.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one, empty it and place it by the entrance of your property, ready for us to pick up. Or, if you’ve ordered our connection service with a new appliance, we’ll disconnect your old one for you.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. However, as we won’t be able to come into your home to disconnect it, you’ll need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property, ready for us to pick up. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
