Very quiet, Efficient, Low power use, Easy to use.
Only 1 issue so far. The feet when installing it don't wind down as far as the old 7kg unit we had so it's made fitting it difficult. If I'd known this I would have removed the feet off the old unit before it went. Service from AO was good, I'd suggest you call people 30 mins from arriving as 5 minutes is a bit close to arrival. I did book an AM delivery, but AO decided to deliver PM and changed it without notice and there was no option to call or email about it so I just waited all day.

Bought this as a replacement for an Indesit which had served us for many years. I know that the Hotpoint is the same company which is why it was the machine of choice. Simple to operate and lovely and quiet on spin cycle , it is an excellent washing machine, would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Quiet machine with a large drum

This machine is exactly the same size as my previous Hotpoint so fitted in the space with ease. It has a larger from and is quiet - even on a spin! I’m really happy with it.

Nice machine but leaks!

I like the product but disappointed as after only having the machine a week it was leaking. A Hotpoint engineer came out today and said this was a common problem with this particular Hotpoint washing machine, he did not have the parts with him so will be returning next week. Thus reason for two stars only.
