wish I had not bought the Miele as it takes a long time to do a room. the suction is too strong and pulls up the carpet and I have to adjust the setting. but the worst thing is that 4 times in one room have to stop and cut the hairs from the bristles. I am unable to use a cordless machine so the miele would have been ideal but not for the hairs getting stuck . another person commented about it but I ignored that!!!

So far so good, yet it has only been a week of using this.

love the vacuum cleaner but pity Miele is not up to date with equipment as there is no anti hair wrap (knew about it before I bought the machine) but did not expect it to be so bad. have to cut out hairs from the brush after each room. would have given 5 stars if anti hair wrap was part of the cleaner. It cant be too difficult to copy other manufacturers who have the anti hair wrap.

Had all sorts of vacuums over the years but the Miele ones are the ones that last! My last one was nearly 20 years old (and still going be it a bit beaten up) Wouldn’t bother with another brand anymore
