Very good product , delivery excellent and efficient

It's only 3 weeks since I bought it, so I can't talk about reliability, but so far I am delighted with the dryer. I am glad I bought the 10kg model - no larger on the outside and little difference in price. Once you get into the manual you see it only takes 10kg on the "Cottons" or "Cottons Eco" settings. For example the "Synthetics", "Mix", "Bedding" and "Jeans" settings only take up to 4kg each. But I have just been using the "Cottons" setting for a mixed load and set it to low temperature and anti-crease and it's fine. Before I bought the dryer I was hanging up my laundry to dry. Apart from the time this took, the laundry would come out stiff and coarse. By comparison, the dryer does a great job of softening the laundry - no need for fabric softeners. The anti-crease setting means that if you don't immediately unload it, it carries on giving a few turns every minute or two till you unload. Works well. Yes it does take a long time (though a lot less than hang drying!) but it comes out very well. And the time delay function means you can set it to start at night to be ready in the morning. The fluff collector is easy to access and I'd recommend cleaning it after each load (only takes a minute).

Glad we got the larger size load capacity as tend to do a lot of washes/ drying each week. Quieter than our old drier and really easy to programme. Would get one like this again.

Easy to use and a noticeable reduction in energy usage. Yes it takes a little longer to dry, but it’s a little change which is definitely worth the energy usage reduction.

So far so good. Plumbed into sink waste, dries fairly quickly and without using much power. Controls easy to understand. Nothing negative to say.
