only had it for just over a week, surprised at how long some of the programmes take ( although the accompanying instructions etc. do show that both energy & water consumption are a areasonable price). I am having difficulty in getting the quick wash (Fast+) button to reduce the wash time. On the plus side The drying cycles (again long)do leave the laundry in a good state ,no creasing & able to be put away immediately. I would recommend this machine as a 5 but ,for me,the cycles taking a long time mean I can ony give a 4
