    Excellent product . Easy to use so straightforward. I have 2 dogs so living room carpet does get messy. The vax smart wash has really bought the carpet back to life. It's fluffy again and smells so fresh .Love it

    Cleans the carpets great we have a dog that loves the mud some time she runs into the house if we not quick enough to catch her so we have foot prints all over the carpets and it's no problem to vax platinum smartwash carpet cleaner

    Cleaned my lounge carpet really well I have 2 dogs so this is great for keeping my carpets clean and smelling fresh. Haven’t used the upholstery cleaning tool yet but all comes in a bag which you can keep with the cleaner. Best carpet cleaner I have used so far

    A beast of a machine!

    Wow this is a beast of a machine! Cleaned my footstool with the pipe attachment and what I thought was fading has completely gone. Bring the carpets up lovely, clearly my old cleaner had not been working properly for some time judging by the amount of dirt that this got up. I especially like the soap mixing function; the machine mixes carpet shampoo with water for you which removes any doubt about correct dosing. The shampoo holder can be removed so that the carpets can also be cleaned with just water, thus removing any residual shampoo. Absolutely brilliant, 5 stars.

    Does the job just need time to get used to it

    It is heavier than I thought and the cord really gets into the way when you move around but it does the job . It would be fine when you get used to it and it’s great for cleaning the stair. It is really easy to clean after use and Vax has a great customer service as I contacted them about the handle got wet after use, they immediately arranged to send me a new solution tank to fix the issue, so I am impressed with their customer service team.
