    Cooker hood,but no filters.

    I purchased this cooker hood along with the hob and the oven.The cooker hood is working,the only complaint I have is,it doesn't come with the charcoal filters and I can't get any anywhere.I went on the Hisense site and it said you can order the parts what you need,when I looked every part was out of stock.I have tried contacting Hisense and no joy at all ,I haven't even had a reply. So the cooker hood is stylish ,it's quiet but can't understand why it's not supplied with the filters .

    Good product and easy to install. Good quality lighting. Would be nice if they'd included the charcoal filters as standard as I'm having trouble getting them. Hisence spares department doesn't seem to exist.
