There's a fair bit going on with this AEG freestanding cooker, starting with two ovens that work independently. The 77-litre main oven runs from 30 to 300°C for anything from a slow-roast shoulder to a tray of brownies, and its catalytic liners burn off splashes and grease once the temperature reaches 250°C, so no scrubbing needed. Above it sits a 39-litre oven with a full-surface grill you can use with the door shut. Up top, the four induction zones heat the pan and what's in it rather than the glass around them, which keeps stray heat out of the kitchen and leaves the surface near the pan cool to the touch. Hob2Hood links wirelessly to a matching extractor and shifts the fan speed to suit the heat setting, so you're not reaching for the hood controls halfway through a stir-fry.
