    I ordered the wrong model, my fault, however the gas cooker that came, instead of the duel fuel I thought I had, it was delightful and I have been very thrilled. I think I now prefer it. Very controllable.

    Good product, grill a little flimsy for the size of it. Had a problem with gas pipe as now there are new regulations gas pipe needs to be 75cm from floor and has to be fixed via a chain to surrounding units so has left a gap at the back of my island.

    The Range is very good value for money,it's a beautiful piece of equipment looks very stylish in the kitchen, The installation team we very good as they sent us all the documents with all the sizes we had to have right before the Range could get put it which was very helpful and made everything easier for all on the day it got put in the house, Thank you to AO for everything.

      Get your new range cooker fitted the same day it’s delivered with our connection service. Our Gas Safe-registered engineers will disconnect your old appliance for you before getting your new one completely set up and ready to use. We’ll unpack it and give it a full health check first, to make sure everything is in tip-top shape, and we’ll give you an official gas safety certificate too. Before you order our connection service, there are a few things you should know and a couple of things to check. Take a look at our helpful gas cooking installation page for more information.

      We’re taking a sensible approach to the changing COVID-19 situation, and so we’ve had to make some adjustments to our services.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one, empty it and place it by the entrance of your property, ready for us to pick up. Or, if you’ve ordered our connection service with a new appliance, we’ll disconnect your old one for you.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. However, as we won’t be able to come into your home to disconnect it, you’ll need to make sure it’s by the entrance to your property, ready for us to pick up. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
