It's the most brilliant bit of kitchen tech ever invented, since the old cast iron kitchen range which also heated the house and did the washing went out of fashion! Apart from its beauty, its very easy to understand, if you read the instructions a couple of times. and you can SEE what is going on. I love it. I found I could toast my frozen wholeseed bread as well on the grille. Glad I found this by chance.
