    Perfect gift for my husband he loves it. Loves grinding the coffee beans and without a doubt makes a better latte or Americano than you can buy in any cafe. It looks great on the counter top too, very stylish. But then you can't go wrong with De' Longhi. Very pleased. Thank you

    Not for the faint hearted

    Looks good but I found it difficult to operate despite watching the video which was stylish but not helpful to explain how to set it up and use. I spoke to customer service but, despite holding for 30 mins agent did not know my machine and couldn’t help! He did email the instructions (not in box) and arranged for a new water tank to be sent as the one I received leaked as the valve was not working! I am sure that, once I have studied the instructions, I will be ready for my barista certificate !
