I needed an integrated washing machine after my old one broke. After some research I discovered the trusted Korean brands Samsung and LG don’t make an integrated washing machine. So I eventually decided on Japanese quality with the Sharp brand. Good decision. After AO came out and I opted for the fitting and removal service. The guys from AO did a perfect job fitting the kick boards back, the magnetic catch and door in a perfect straight and flush position. The machine itself is good too. Super quiet and much less vibrating than the cheap 5 year old indesit machine it replaced. All in all good Can’t fault AO with delivery time and service. Very happy would definitely recommend and buy again.

The digital display is a little slow. You have to turn it off for a few seconds before you can choose another setting which is a pain when doing a few loads after each other

Not had it very long but so far so good . Quiet spin , love the choice of cycles and temperatures . Like you can pause cycle to add a forgotten item .

Needed a washer that was quiet, an that had a quick wash for lycra cycling clothing for our holiday appartment , this washer is perfect, easy to use simple enough even for my husband !!!

Only had it for a few days so a bit early to give it a full on 5 star review, but it ticks most of the boxes we require. Runs very quietly, even on a fast spin. Does a great job of the wash loads so fingers crossed for a long and happy relationship.
