    Washing machine does work, but it's not as good as my old machine.

    The washing machine is OK, it says it's washing capacity is 8Kg, but the drum is alot smaller than my last 8Kg washing machine, so I can't wash as much per load as I used to. The countdown display is good to let me know when the cycle will finish, but it takes over an hour longer to wash than my old machine. So the machine is good, but not as good as older machines.

    Very quiet washer dryer

    The wash cycles are great, and there are some really handy shorter cycles. I find the wash & dry cycle only works with a very small load, doing it for towels and bedding takes longer. I’ve found it’s best to put it on a wash and then a separate dry cycle. The dry cycle is very quiet which is handy for our small flat where we have a kitchen/diner.

    Noisy and doesn't dry

    Drier doesn't dry, and the machine pointlessly and very loudly puts a burst of water into the dispenser every 3 seconds. Sounds like a loud bang each time. I am waiting for my neighbour to complain - it's painful. Plus, the flex is very short. I am considering having the socket moved and buying a dehumidifier to dry the laundry. Or will look into a return.

      We want you to get up and running straight away with your new appliance, which is why our expert team will connect your new item to your water pipes and make sure everything is working properly. Connecting it yourself? Make sure you remove the transit bolts. These will make a loud rattling sound if they’re left in place when you run a cycle.

      If you’ve bought a new appliance but you don’t want us to connect it for you, all you’ll need to do is disconnect your old one and empty it, ready for us to pick up.

      If you haven’t bought a new appliance, we can still collect your old one and take it away for recycling. Our experts will recycle it safely and responsibly in our state-of-the-art facility.

      The cost of our Remove & Recycle service goes towards safely transporting the product to our recycling plant. Under the WEEE regulations, recycling costs are primarily covered by the product manufacturer.

      Also, while we’re picking up your appliance, if you’ve got any smaller kitchen electricals that need recycling – such as kettles, toasters or blenders – we’ll happily take those away too at no extra charge. Just pass them to your driver when we’re picking up your larger appliance.
