    Worth splashing out for

    This is a great investment and makes fantastic coffee, no matter which one you drink. I'm a black coffee drinker and the Americano is fab on this machine (unlike other cheaper machines, which I've had to send back). It's worth splashing out - the digital display and automation makes it so easy to use and customise. Can't fault it!

    Long wait for repairs.

    I should be clear the coffee is 5 star. My issue is service when the machine has failed just under a year. It has been stuck with the manufacturer for over 3 weeks awaiting parts. I have tried to find out what is going on to no avail. This isn't AO its De Longhi

    Amazing coffee machine! Huge array of coffees. Fantastic 'on the go' instructions onscreen as you make and personalise your coffees. Completely idiot proof :D

    Very nice beans to cup coffee maker although it does have some drawbacks such as how often you need to top up the water container and empty the coffee grounds, apart from that makes many lovely and delicious types of coffee and can use it for hot water and milk.
