Big roast, small washing-up crew? This AEG Series 6000 SmartSelect dishwasher takes the pots off your hands while you finish your evening. The SatelliteClean® spray arm sends water in from several angles, so plates and pans come out clean even when they're packed in tightly. And instead of hunting through programmes, TimeSelect lets you pick how soon you want everything ready and sorts the rest itself.

Wine glasses are welcome too. SoftSpikes® are anti-slip rubber spikes that hold mugs and stemware steady through the cycle, and you can move them to wherever you've loaded. For a proper deep clean, ExtraHygiene holds the final rinse at 69°C for at least 10 minutes, removing over 99.9999% of bacteria and viruses. Near the end of the wash, AirDry opens the door slightly to let room-temperature air in, which dries dishes up to 3 times better than a closed-door drying system running the same cycle. The height-adjustable upper basket suits a household that gets through a lot of dishes.
