We've had this built-in oven in place for a couple of weeks now, and it's been a welcome refresh to our slightly tired old kitchen. The black finish, clean design, and understated appearance allow it to blend in nicely. It actually looks quite smart next to the kettle. It comes with a fair bit of tech. The Bionic Intelligence feature sounds like a fancy way of saying it learns your cooking style – though I reckon it's still figuring mine out. My Sunday roast has been safe so far, no mishaps. The oven connects to the hOn app, and while I'm hardly a tech expert, I managed to set it up without calling the kids for help. There's even a remote control, which might seem a bit over the top for an oven, but it’s useful if you're busy trying to stop a three-year-old from poking the dog in the nose. The build quality feels solid, it heats up quickly, and runs surprisingly quietly. No odd noises or strange smells, which unfortunately hasn’t always been the case with other kitchen appliances we’ve had. The instructions could be clearer, though a cuppa and a bit of patience got me through it. All in all, I’m satisfied. It’s modern without making you feel like you have to be a professional chef to use it, feels sturdy, and does what it’s meant to. Not the cheapest option, but it does seem like good quality for the price.

Listed as having a temperature probe but sadly it does not, also arrived with a couple of chips off one of the trays so we are waiting for a replacement tray. I did however receive a refund for the full price of a wireless probe.

To start things off, the oven looks brilliant, very sleek and fits in well in my kitchen! Very easy to connect to the app and has a lot of good features, the only thing which is disappointing is that it doesn't work well with Google home but not a deal breaker. I really like how the oven heats up very quickly. Haven't used the self clean features of the oven yet but looking forward to using them soon. I really like how food cooked in this oven comes out cooked evenly, in other ovens I've had in the past, you have to turn what you're cooking as the heat doesn't distribute properly, seems good here. Overall, this is a great choice for anyone looking for a reliable high tech oven at a great price point.
