Heat Pump tumble dryers are super-efficient, but to save the most energy, programmes may take a little longer to dry your clothes than on standard dryers. It’s important not to overload the drum either, so they can perform at their best.

No more draping damp clothes over the radiator, this Hoover heat pump tumble dryer’s got it covered. Want to make sure your favourite jumper stays a wardrobe staple? The Wool Finish cycle is just the ticket. It’s a gentle programme that gives delicate fabrics some TLC, so everything comes out soft and snug every time. But if you’re just getting comfy on the sofa, the hOn app lets you check on the current cycle and control the machine from your phone — no need to get up. Plus, thanks to Heat Pump Technology recycling hot air to help dry clothes, you can save energy without skimping on performance.
