I have just purchased this oven and looked at all the instructions, turned the oven on to the right temperature etc., but have no idea how you know when it is hot enough to put my meal in the oven. I waited about 20 mins or more and decided to put it in. It is on timer so will just have to wait and see how it comes out. Will keep looking at it in case it gets over cooked.

This seems fine on paper, and I am sure it works fine as an oven. The people at Bosch seem to be ageist and heightist though. The panel with the places to click for the clock and timer is glass. you can see it fine when the lights are on or if the sun is shining, but it is impossible to read when the weather is dull. You need a torch. The two knobs setting the oven are only marked on top. So if you are short, or you oven is high up you can't see where to turn to. There is a tiny notch, but only suitable for those with good eyesight. I have had to mark with a felt tip pen.
