We had to return this - if we put a duvet cover or sheet in, it simply wrapped the cover or sheet around everything else and at the end of the drying cycle the items in the middle of the ball were still damp.

The tumble dryer doesn’t seam to get hot. Takes ages to dry your clothes and have to use the cycle twice for some settings. If open the door the dryer reverts to the start timings of the cycle. You can’t seam to set the machine for 10mins/ 30mins you have to abide to the pre programmed settings. Not happy with purchase had less than a week and have booked a technician to come and look at the machine as it may be faulty/ which I strongly suspect and then my review may be different.
