    Very good item, bought as a direct replacement for a 10 year old one.

    We bought this as a direct replacement to a 10 year old version of the same model - which had chilled its last. There are some nice upgrades to it, the fan in the fridge compartment and the 'door open' alarm which warns you when the door has been left open too long. It doesn't have a temperature display, which I would have preferred but, I needed it to fit into a very specific space and I couldn't guarantee that other makes/models would fit. I knew this would, because the old one did. The service from AO was excellent. Delivery on the day of my choice, I was notified of a 4 hour delivery window, followed up by a phone call from the driver that I was the next delivery (with an ETA).

    Replaced a much older version. Well laid out inside. Much quieter and easier to control fridge temperature. Alarm is a great addition.

    Fridge is dark inside and took a while to cool down to temperature. Not as roomy inside as my old Hoover Fridge Freezer. It beeps if you leave the door open which is great for me.

    I had the first delivered by AO by it wasn’t holding a safe temperature for food, door wasn’t fitted correctly when AO sent another fitter. Still didn’t hold correct temperature so AO advised I need a new fridge so said they would arrange that. Hoover arrived and arrived with no fridge freezer. Meanwhile this is all over Christmas and lots of phone calls and wasted food. Hoover arranged for new fridge freezer, so far so good but what a hassle.
