ActiveMultiFlow moves heated air right around the 73-litre cavity, so you can fill four levels at once without flavours crossing over or shuffling dishes about. Hotpoint's internal testing puts that at up to 50% less cooking time and up to 45% less energy, based on roast potatoes, a tart and chicken pieces cooked on four levels together rather than in four separate runs. The Air Fry function works the same circulating heat to crisp food with up to 50% less fat than deep-fat frying, going by certified laboratory tests on frozen chips cooked without added oil.
