This Bosch Serie 4 built-in oven has plenty going on inside. 3D Hot Air moves heat quickly around the cavity, so you can bake on up to three shelves at once without flavours mixing, lasagne for tonight and muffins for tomorrow in one go. Fancy a fresh loaf? Fill the removable water bowl in the oven floor, set Hotair Steam, and the crust turns out crisp while the middle stays soft. Hot Air Grilling runs the fan and the grill element together, which keeps a roasting joint juicy rather than drying it out. Better insulation and an optimised air flow keep energy use down over the life of the appliance, and the microfine ceramic coating on the back wall breaks down grease spatters while you cook. For a quick tidy-up, 400ml of water with a drop of washing-up liquid in the base pan at 80°C for 4 minutes softens baked-on bits ready for a wipe. The temperature dial spans 50°C to 275°C, and the mix of rotary and touch controls is easy to get the hang of.
