Great product! Delighted!

Just had it for a couple of weeks now. Depth is more than my old dishwasher so juts out a little, but it does a great job, everything comes out sparkling. Has salt dispenser and rinse aid so these are important to producing a good clean and sparkling wash. The pull out top cutlery basket is so much better than the usual compartment lift out version, so easy to place cutlery individually and so better cleaning of items, and leaves more room for pots etc in the bottom basket. Also the height adjustable top basket is very useful when loading taller glasses etc. The instruction manual is excellent and goes into detail about loading and performance of each programme. All in all we are really pleased with our purchase.

We are both disappointed with this machine for a number of reasons:- All 3 pull out drawers are made of plastic coated metal, rather than the stainless steel drawers of our 7 year old Zanussi that we sold with our last house. Thought the idea of a pull out cutlery drawer would be good but, the piece of plastic used to pull it out is to deep, it hits larger items in the drawer below causing potential problems The water spraying blades are a little flimsy. Very light compared to our last one, is it robust? Hisense have been given good write up but maybe the proof is in the pudding, price verses quality. We have not asked AO yet but, wonder if we can exchange it for something better?

Negatives: - small dinning plates doesn't fit -doesn't dry at all dishes. The dishes are completely wet after the wash. Positive: Wash dishes

Does exactly what it should. Took all the services and saved money through ao membership
